Die Abschrift nicht bekannt. Mendelssohn erwähnte die Kompositionen am 30. Juni 1829 in seinem Notizbuch: »Galop für Johnston.s.« (GB-Ob, M.D.M. g. 1, fol. 6r). which you have sent.
