I do not know yet when the rehearsal can take place, as soon as I know it to-morrow. I will let you know; after what I hear to-day about the theatre business I am afraid we must fix it for Monday, there being the „Huguenots“ on Sunday.
I send the proofs of the programm as I do not wish to make any alterations without your approving of it – but I wish you would not put Abschieds Concert on this bill nor Miss; I find it looks better without, as it is supposed to be written by you. If you have no objection to let it out, send the programm with the bearer, who will wait for it, to Br. & Härtel. If you want to have it, alter my alteration & all is right. I am always
