Isaac) (1804-1885) from Stuttgart who leaves his usual residence at Naples in order to have his compositions perfo[rmed] in London and to appear before the English public also as a pianoforte-player, as his performances on this instrument are really extraordinary and witness his most uncommon musical powers. Let me hope that you will show him the kindness which you show to every artist who deserves it, and be assured that in the last respect Mr. BenedictBenedict, (seit 1871) Sir Julius (Jules) (vorh. Isaac) (1804-1885) is really worthy of your kind reception. You will greatly oblige me if your advice and your experience will aid him through his way to the favour of the English dilettanti, and I hope you will excuse the liberty I take, and these hasty lines.
